Proposals for the removal of an existing conservatory, to be replaced with a new, timber-clad structure of the same footprint and opening up the existing rear wall to create a spacious, split level lounge/kitchen/dining area. There will be a narrow band of structural glazing where the new extension connects to the existing house.
